With the growing need to strengthen performance and accountability and enhance collection of results, Monitoring and Evaluation Course has become one of the pillars in most development initiatives. This course has become part of the SCA in order to introduce participants to Monitoring and Evaluation and the role that it plays in the entire Project Cycle Management (PCM). It aims to enable participants to gain an insight into the process of identification, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of development projects that include the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs). Trainees will pay attention on some current tools employed in Project Cycle Management by various developmental organisations, which include, but not limited to Logical Frameworks and Participatory Project Monitoring and Evaluation Methodologies.
